Every action counts in the fight for abortion access. Today in ❤️ Reproductive Freedom for All we’re featuring January 16, 2025 news and critical calls-to-action.
Americans are increasingly anxious and fearful. Abortion is not only a critical healthcare service but also one that enjoys broad public support. It’s time to listen, take action, and protect the rights and health of millions.
Across the nation, health centers remain unwavering in their commitment to providing essential sexual and reproductive healthcare. From birth control and cancer screenings to STI testing and, where permitted, abortion services, these centers serve as a lifeline for countless individuals seeking care and support.
Yet, for 28 million women of reproductive age, the landscape has grown increasingly dire. With sweeping abortion bans taking hold across multiple states, access to this critical care is being stripped away. These bans are more than laws; they are barriers that endanger lives and strip away autonomy. These bans are not just policies—they are costing lives. We know the names, faces, and stories of those already harmed, and heartbreakingly, they are just the beginning. Every day these restrictions remain in place, more lives are impacted, and more people endure unnecessary suffering.
Americans don’t want politicians interfering in personal health care choices.
MAGA Republicans are relentlessly attacking reproductive freedom, undermining the rights and autonomy of millions of Americans. Their harmful agenda puts personal medical decisions in the hands of politicians, stripping away essential healthcare and endangering lives. We must stand united to protect reproductive justice and preserve the rights of all people to control their own bodies.
